We are open from Monday to Sunday, from 09AM to 8PM but always with booking in advance to avoid delays or disappointments.
Our therapists will bring high quality almond oil, creams, and a pair of excellent warm hands. All we ask you to provide is your own towelling for the massage and to cover and protect any furniture from oil.
You may undress to your comfort level. Our therapists are trained to respect your privacy at all times and use professional draping techniques.
All of our treatments last approximately 60 minutes. You can request longer sessions if desired.
You can call us, send us an email/SMS or text us on whatsapp and we will reply asap. We usually reply in 30 minutes. (during the day of course).
Is your first massage? We suggest you to book our relaxing massage of 60 minutes (1 hour). And if you feel like to upgrade for something more specific, you can just talk and explain to the masseuse about it. She’ll take care of everthing for you!
It’s best to avoid drinking or eating too much before the massage.
Yes of course, you can have a talk with your therapist anytime during your session, however, it’s recommended that you stay on focus and relaxed as deep as possible during the massage therapy to enjoy your session even more.
No. Zenshi SPA provides professional therapeutic and holistic services only. Any inappropriate requests will immediately terminate the session without refund.

Please read first: do you suffer any allergies, have you undergone any recent surgery, have you taken any drugs or alcohol in the last 24 hours, do you have any medical condition or injuries that might affect your massage? Please let us know first!
If you don’t like a particular part of your body touched or are just self-conscious about a certain body area, just tell the therapist to avoid that area ok.
Just tell the therapist that you want more or less pressure. There is no problem at all.
We take cash (Reais, USD, EUR or GBP); All the major Credit Cards or Online Credit Card Payments by Paylink (with 8% extra fee) and most of the Cryptos like BTC, USDT, USDC, DOGE, ETH etc. We accept all the major currencies. Brazilian Reais, United States Dollars, Euros and some others.

Absolutely. All therapists are licensed, experienced, and trained not only in technique, but also in ethics, hygiene, empathy, and emotional intelligence.

We suggest a reasonable one or two hours minimum notice period before the booking to avoid any disappointments.
We understand that unexpected changes can happen. Please realize that by booking a therapist online, her diary is immediately reserved for you for the whole of the booked massage time plus travel time before and after. It means she is unable to be booked for any other appointments during that time, so we ask that you provide us with at least 2 hours notice to cancel any bookings. If you need to cancel your booking, please call or text us or even send us an email.
Yes. Appointments canceled with less than 4 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. This ensures respect for our therapists’ time and schedule.
